I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master’s degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow.
Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We’re very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year. We also participate in local marketing and community events, giving our team opportunities to build relationships with the people we serve.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), 80 hours of paid time off, paid State Farm holidays, employer-paid life and disability insurance, and an additional PTO day to celebrate your birthday. We also provide ongoing coaching, company-branded apparel, snacks and coffee in the office, and a team lunch every Friday.
Our culture is energetic, outgoing, and focused on working hard while enjoying the people around you. I’m looking for someone who is honest, driven, hardworking, and comfortable connecting with others. Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are especially encouraged to apply. If you’re motivated to learn, enjoy being part of a team, and want an environment where your growth is supported, we’d love to meet you.
