ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, supporting the sales team, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

This individual will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, supporting the sales team, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience supporting a sales team and scheduling appointments is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and coaching staff members.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
